We ship once a week through the Swiss Post. For international orders, delivery typically takes around 2-3 weeks from the shipping date. Shipping within Switzerland takes between 3-4 days. For alternative shipping options, please contact us at sales@dolfinos.com
We provide a 15-day trial period for our rest systems and chinrests. If you wish to return the product, simply reply to your order confirmation email from order@dolfinos.com. Please note that shipping costs for returns are not covered by DOLFINOS. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of receiving the returned product. Full refunds are dependent on the product’s condition upon return; deductions may be made for items not in good condition. DOLFINOS does not offer a refund on other DOLFINOS products.
