Shipping & Return


After purchasing the DOLFINOS Rest System you will get a confirmation email. Due to changed regulations in the EU, we use DAP (Delivered-at-Place) shipping service for all shipments outside Switzerland & Fürstentum Liechtenstein as of July 2021. Please note that the price communicated on the webshop does not include customs duties or taxes

Additional tax and custom costs might appear in case shipment takes place out of Switzerland & Fürstentum Liechtenstein. These costs have to be paid by receival of the product. The costs include the country’s VAT (except when the price is under the country's VAT exempt limits), as well as customs duties. DOLFINOS provides a document to communicate additional costs which might appear per country. However, be aware that customs duties cannot be predicted to the exact amount and some costs might change from the ones communicated in the document.

Shipping durations 
Switzerland: within one week
EU: one to three weeks
Other countries: two to four weeks

Please be aware that shipping delays are possible during this global pandemic. Please allow extra time for your order to reach you. 



Our 15 days money-back guarantee gives you the chance to test the DOLFINOS Rest System in an extended trial period. The deadline for withdrawal is 15 days from the delivery date of the product to you. Please notify us about the return by sending an email to and send the product back in its original packing to the adequate address. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs. However, no additional custom or tax costs appear when returning the product. Items lost in transportation will not be compensated for.

For our customers in Europe excl. Germany:
After sending an email to, you will receive a label on your email address within 48 hours which needs to be printed and fixed on the return box. The label is stamped and the parcel is declared as returned goods. Therefore no additional costs appear when handling the parcel at a local post office. Appearing costs for DOLFINOS in order to offer this service (10€ per parcel) will be deducted from the refund amount.

For all other customers:
After sending an email to, you will receive a label on your email address within 48 hours which needs to be printed and fixed on the return box. You can bring the parcel to your local mail service and send it back, paying only the shipping costs.

DOLFINOS Ltd will reimburse any payments received excluding custom duties, delivery & returning costs and packaging costs after receipt of the withdrawal notice. This will take place within 30 days by reimbursement via the payment method used for the original transaction.
