Customers residing in the EU (excl. Malta, Cyprus)

  • All orders will be delivered DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).
  • If you are a business or would like to have your order delivered DAP, please contact us at mail@dolfinos.com.
Customers residing in the UK:
  • For all orders with an intrinsic value of 135£ or below, DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipment is used.
  • For all orders with an intrinsic value over 135£, DAP (Delivered At Place) shipment is used. Please note that for orders over 135£, additional taxes and customs duties will be due upon delivery in the destination country.
Other countries:
  • DAP (Delivered At Place) shipment is used. The delivery country’s VAT, as well as customs duties, need to be paid upon receipt of the product. Please note that the price communicated on the webshop does not include customs duties or taxes. 


Shipping durations 
Switzerland: within one week
EU: one to three weeks
Other countries: two to four weeks

Please note that delivery delays can always happen. Please allow extra time for your order to reach you. 

 

Return of DOLFINOS Rest System Products 

Our 15 days money-back guarantee gives you the chance to test the DOLFINOS Rest System in an extended trial period. The deadline for withdrawal is 15 days from the delivery date of the product to you. Please notify us about the return by sending an email to order@dolfinos.com and send the product back in its original packing to the adequate address. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs. However, no additional custom or tax costs appear when returning the product. Items lost in transportation will not be compensated for.

For our customers in Europe excl. Germany:
After sending an email to order@dolfinos.com, you will receive a label on your email address within 48 hours which needs to be printed and fixed on the return box. The label is stamped and the parcel is declared as returned goods. Therefore no additional costs appear when handling the parcel at a local post office. Appearing costs for DOLFINOS in order to offer this service (10.00 CHF per parcel) will be deducted from the refund amount.

For all other customers:
After sending an email to order@dolfinos.com, you will receive a label on your email address within 48 hours which needs to be printed and fixed on the return box. You can bring the parcel to your local mail service and send it back, paying only the shipping costs.

DOLFINOS Ltd will reimburse any payments received excluding custom duties, delivery & returning costs and packaging costs after receipt of the withdrawal notice. This will take place within 30 days by reimbursement via the payment method used for the original transaction.  

 

Return of miniput and miniput add-ons

If you are looking to return or exchange your miniput, for whatever reason, we are here to help! You can return your product within 15 days of delivery of the product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Returned items must be returned in the original product packaging.
  • Returned items must be in new condition and have no visible signs of use.
The product has to be returned to the DOLFINOS head office in Switzerland. Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you want to return. You will receive a label to your email address that needs to be printed and fixed onto the return box. You can bring the parcel to your local mail service and send it back. Please note that the customer is responsible for the shipping costs. DOLFINOS Ltd will reimburse any payments received excluding custom duties, delivery & returning costs, and packaging costs after receipt of the withdrawal notice. This will take place within 30 days by reimbursement via the payment method used for the original transaction. We recommend shipping tracked and insured. DOLFINOS Ltd is not responsible for any lost shipments. Damaged products will not be refunded.
