Yes, the DOLFINOS System is suitable for musicians of all skill levels. For beginners, it helps maintain a natural posture from the start, allowing you to fully focus on your left and right hand technique.

The only difference between these three editions is the breastwing (the shoulder rest part). All other components are identical across the three editions. The breastwings of the respective editions are made of:

• Carbon+ Edition: Carbon-fiber composite shoulder rest and slider parts
• Air Edition: Aircraft aluminum shoulder rest and slider parts
• L.A. Edition: Aircraft aluminum shoulder rest and slider parts

The Grip Hoods and Cushions are typically the parts that need to be replaced at some point. They are like shoe soles: they wear over time and need to be replaced to maintain optimal functionality. 

Like shoes, how quickly they need to be replaced depends on the user. If you play with a lot of pressure and shear force, you might need to replace the Grip Hoods and Cushions sooner than someone who applies less shear force when playing.
