Vienna is our best-selling chinrest, featuring a versatile design that suits most violin and viola players. Ideal for left-to-middle playing positions, it provides ample space for head movement and adjustments. Made from solid ebony-black ABS, shapeable like wood, skin-friendly, washable, and hygienic.

Please note that, as these are custom-made items, the chinrests are produced on demand and are not typically available for immediate dispatch. Production and delivery, particularly for wooden chinrests, may take up to two months.

Shipping and Tax Information

Once you place your order, your products will be shipped typically within 7 business days. You will receive a notification with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Be sure to check your spam folder if you haven’t received your order confirmation or shipping notification within 7 business days. Shipping durations are typically as follows:
Switzerland & Fürstentum Liechtenstein: 2-3 days
EU: one to three weeks
Other countries: two to four weeks

Please note the following procedures regarding tax collection and delivery terms:

Customers residing in the EU:
For all orders with an intrinsic value of 150 € or below, we ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).
For all orders with an intrinsic value above 150 €, we ship DAP (Delivered At Place). Please note that for these orders, additional taxes and customs duties will be due upon delivery in the destination country.

Customers residing in the UK:
For all orders with an intrinsic value of £135 or below, we ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).
For all orders with an intrinsic value above £135, we ship DAP (Delivered At Place). Please note that additional taxes and customs duties will be due upon delivery in the destination country.

Customers residing in the US:
We ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) to all US customers.
A federal import tax of 39% applies to all Swiss-made products and will be collected at checkout.

Customers residing in other countries:
We ship DAP (Delivered At Place).
The destination country’s VAT and customs duties must be paid upon receipt of the goods.
