We offer installment payment options on selected products. Depending on the item, you can choose between a 3-month or 6-month payment plan. A valid credit card is required to use the installment option.
The trial period is 15 days for all full rest systems (Carbon+ Edition, Air Edition, L.A. Edition, Pure Edition), single chinrests (excluding on-demand chinrests), shoulder rests, and adapters. The trial period begins on the day you receive the item (as indicated by the tracking information). If you would like to return any products within the 15-day trial period, please contact us via email at order@dolfinos.com.
Full rest systems (Carbon+ Edition, Air Edition, L.A. Edition, Pure Edition), single chinrests (excluding on-demand chinrests), shoulder rests, and adapters are all eligible for the 15-day trial period.

If your purchased product is eligible for a refund, it must be returned to DOLFINOS before the refund can be processed. The refund amount will depend on the condition of the returned product, and DOLFINOS reserves the right to adjust the refund in case of damaged returns.

About Rest Systems
The only difference between these three editions is the breastwing (the shoulder rest part). All other components are identical across the three editions. The breastwings of the respective editions are made of:
- Carbon+ Edition: Carbon-fiber composite shoulder rest and slider parts
- Air Edition: Aircraft aluminum shoulder rest and slider parts
- L.A. Edition: Aircraft aluminum shoulder rest and slider parts
Depending on the model, DOLFINOS chinrests are made from wood and ABS.
