Customers residing in the EU
- For all orders with an intrinsic value of 150€ or below, DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipment is used.
- For all orders with an intrinsic value over 150€, DAP (Delivered At Place) shipment is used. VAT and customs duties are payable on delivery and must be paid by the recipient on delivery. If you are a business or would like to have your order delivered DAP, please contact us at mail@dolfinos.com.
Customers residing in the UK:
- For all orders with an intrinsic value of 135£ or below, DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipment is used.
- For all orders with an intrinsic value over 135£, DAP (Delivered At Place) shipment is used. Please note that for orders over 135£, additional taxes and customs duties will be due upon delivery in the destination country.
Other countries:
- DAP (Delivered At Place) shipment is used. The delivery country’s VAT, as well as customs duties, need to be paid upon receipt of the product. Please note that the price communicated on the webshop does not include customs duties or taxes.

Switzerland: within one week
EU: one to three weeks
Other countries: two to four weeks
