Once you place your order, your products will be shipped within 7 business days. You will receive a notification with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Be sure to check your spam folder if you haven’t received your order confirmation or shipping notification within 7 business days. Shipping durations are typically as follows:
Switzerland & Fürstentum Liechtenstein: 2-3 days
EU: one to three weeks
Other countries: two to four weeks

Please note the following procedures regarding tax collection and delivery terms:

Customers residing in the EU:
For all orders with an intrinsic value of 150 € or below, we ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).
For all orders with an intrinsic value above 150 €, we ship DAP (Delivered At Place). Please note that for these orders, additional taxes and customs duties will be due upon delivery in the destination country.

Customers residing in the UK:
For all orders with an intrinsic value of £135 or below, we ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).
For all orders with an intrinsic value above £135, we ship DAP (Delivered At Place). Please note that additional taxes and customs duties will be due upon delivery in the destination country.

Customers residing in the US:
We ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) to all US customers.
A federal import tax of 39% applies to all Swiss-made products and will be collected at checkout.

Customers residing in other countries:
We ship DAP (Delivered At Place).
The destination country’s VAT and customs duties must be paid upon receipt of the goods.
