The PURE Rest System (version for small violins) can be used by violinists playing without shoulder rest, as well as violinist who want to keep their current shoulder rest. It comes with a small violin adapter and an ergonomic wooden chin rest of your choice.

 

The small violin adapter is equipped with a revolutionary clamping system, that prevents damages to instrument and does not dampens your sound. Its integrated step less height adjustment function (up to 10 mm) allows for an easy and precise fitting.

For the adapter size, please check that the distance between the top plate and the back plate of your instrument measured vertically beneath the lower bridge falls within the range 34mm - 44mm.

 

The chin rests are made of European FSC certified wood and extremely lightweight due to their patented bionic design. You can choose between three different shapes and two different colors (black or brown).

VIENNA is created with a universal design that works for most violin and viola players. Height of chin rest, minimum - maximum extension: 23mm – 33mm.
VIENNA LOW: Height of chin rest, minimum - maximum extension: 19mm – 29mm.

BERLIN has a broader lip which offers an extra hold, therefore often chosen by violists. Height of chin rest, minimum - maximum extension: 23mm – 33mm.
BERLIN LOW: Height of chin rest, minimum - maximum extension: 19mm – 29mm.

VENEZIA is lower in height and is recommended for players with shorter necks. Height of chin rest, minimum - maximum extension: 13.5mm–23.5mm.

LISBON is a Guarneri type chin rest, which adds surface over the tailpiece for the tip of your chin. This rest is a blend of the universal model VIENNA and the VENEZIA. (VIENNA: good hold in many positions, covering left side and middle position playing. VENEZIA: left side and lowest possible position). Height of chin rest, minimum - maximum extension: 16mm – 26mm.
